I‘m Kristyna Kral, passionate about AI and software development.

I’m based in Vancouver, BC, and have been with SAMMI from its early days. I played a key role in rebranding the app, taking on everything from coding, approving code changes, and reviewing PRs to fixing bugs and managing releases.

I also built the entire website, including documentation, and supported our community of over 10,000 users. My work ensured smooth operations, introduced new features, and continuously improved the platform.

Beyond the core responsibilities, I developed numerous SAMMI extensions, giving streamers additional tools. Though I’ve stepped back from day-to-day work, I still develop new extensions, offer commissions and support SAMMI in other ways.

Currently, I work as a Support Engineer at Pack, where I provide expert support for headless eCommerce stores using Pack’s platform, Shopify Hydrogen, and Remix. I troubleshoot React frontend issues, collaborate with the engineering team, and tailor solutions for clients.

I also contribute to platform development by adding features, fixing bugs, and working on customer repositories. Additionally, I led the Zendesk migration for support and create technical documentation to improve workflows.
